Remember there can be 4 licenses for NetScaler depending on the services you use. Citrix Sta Can NetScaler reach those machines on 1494 and 2598? For me it was the user had a disconnected session and would not reconnect giving this error.

At the moment load balancing for STA isn’t configured.If I use Citrix Quick Lauch V 184.108.40.206 and connect me to the XENAPP-Server from intern the Applications run as they should.I’ve installed Duh. It's just strange that all browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome) show a full certificate chain without any error. One is XA6.5 with latest patches.
One of our DNS servers was down internally and as a result the CAG wasn't able to resolve the STA server name.
