Thanks Trap and everyone who has helped. Apply about as much as a frozen pea, or a small kernel of corn. The same thing for the PCH since I removed the fan and replaced it with a water block. I will post what/how I got it fixed when that happens.

There is a slim chance it could be a false error if your mobo is not detecting the fan spinning. As an example I have a media server with 7 fans in it .
