This didn't seem to have a direct effect, but perhaps it contributed to my solution.Next I downloaded & saved the .msi, instead of directly running it from the webpage.This way I I'm married with children who make me stop playing with computers and play trains and stuff with them instead. Ah, good work - IE ESC causes more trouble.You have to admit that the error from Citrix of "Could not access network location components" is hardly useful.
