I closed Firefox and renamed HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mozilla HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Mozilla to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\xMozilla HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\xMozilla (notice the "xMozilla") and it hid the keys from the ICA client install and worked fine.
