Beside the certificate for the site, you need to download the certificate for the CA and AAA as well. It turns out that I needed to go into Firefox Options>Advanced>Encryption, and identify the GoDaddy certificate already available. My SG server was not rebuilt. check my blog I've tried the solution you gave but got an error : ln: target `/opt/Citrix/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts' is not a directory What am I doing wrong?

I tried the ln -s command above but the problem persists. Hmm, I don't think that error message is generated by Firefox... So the only resolution is to either Re-Key the cert to use SHA1 or wait for an update from Citrix. Forgive my ignorance on certificates, but this seems to be beyond my expertise. If you experience this, you are likely to have better success with version 12.1, see CitrixICAClientHowToOlderVersions.
