Look your tmp and temp environment variables. Now type Everyone in the Objects Names box and click Check Names which will underline it as shown here then click OK. I went to the registry and exported the HKey_Current_User/software/citrix folder then went back to the old account and deleted that folder from the registry and imported the working registry info. I know I can manually remove the software, but I can't install anything anymore.

Just delete the value for ClientHostedApps in these locations, refresh your applications in Receiver, and you should be able to launch published applications. I uninstalled the citrix program deleted the directory under program file then went to the registry and deleted the two highlevel entries "Citrix".
